We are now looking for a property coordinator to our management office in Råslätt. As a property coordinator at Vätterhem, you will have an active and outgoing role where you primarily work at our reception. You will be our face to the public and get to work with something that engages us all at Vätterhem – housing!

We are looking for someone who wants to take on the work in our reception with great commitment and a professional customer approach. In the Råslätt management area, you will have a total of 53 colleagues, where manager Marie Söderberg will be your closest supervisor. In the immediate team, there are two employees who also work as property coordinators.

Job Responsibilities:

You are our face to the public and primarily work in our reception, but a fun part of the job is that you will occasionally be around our residential area, for example during apartment viewings. It is an excellent way to get close to the operations. In this role, you will naturally have many pleasant contacts who all need your service, especially our tenants but also other external actors as well as internal colleagues and managers.

Your main job responsibilities include:

• Pre-inspection and showing of apartments
• Participation in the move-in and move-out process
• Key management
• Purchasing and invoicing
• Customer and contractor contacts
• Fault reporting
• Administrative support to other functions in management
• Daily work in the reception

Qualifications:

To succeed in this position, you have completed high school education and have at least three years of experience in administrative work. It is important that you understand the significance of a flexible and service-oriented customer approach. For us, this means that you are used to problem-solving and helping customers through a professional and respectful approach, regardless of the situation.

The position requires good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. It is important that you convey the right information to the recipient at the right time, both externally and internally. If you also master other languages than Swedish, we see it as an advantage. You can work in the Office suite and are used to working in various data systems.

We consider previous experience as a property coordinator or equivalent as an advantage, but it is not a requirement.

As a person, you have a high social competence and understand the importance of customer interaction and delivering high quality. You are good at planning and prioritizing your tasks. Thanks to these qualities, you have the ability to maintain focus and service orientation even during periods of high workload.

You see what needs to be done, make things happen, and realize the importance of sharing information and knowledge, both with colleagues and tenants. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and the ability to listen to their surroundings. You see it as a given to participate in teamwork to best achieve our goals. We place great importance on personal suitability for the position.
